Salpointe Weekly Peek – September 13, 2024

Weekly Prayer

Deacon Scott Pickett

O Lord Jesus Christ,
Open the eyes of my heart that I may hear your Word, and understand and do your will, for I am a sojourner upon the Earth.
Hide not your commandments from me, but open my eyes, that I may perceive the wonders of your Law.
Speak unto me the hidden and secret things of your wisdom.
On you do I set my hope, O my God, that you shall enlighten my mind and understanding with the light of your knowledge;
not only to cherish those things which are written, but to do them;
For you are the enlightenment of those who lie in darkness, and from you comes every good deed and every gift.
Amen.
St. John Chrysostom…Pray for us.
Our Lady of Mount Carmel…Pray for us.

Parents: This week, your student participated in a virtual escape room filled with interactive elements that helped them explore the eight dimensions of wellness. Here are some tips for navigating the escape room:
  1. Find “WELLNESS” in the escape room and click on it. (This is the lock form you will need to fill out.)
  2. Keep both the Escape Room and Lock Form tabs open at all times. You will be switching between these two tabs a lot.
  3. The answers to the locks will be found in the escape room! Please carefully read the clues to find where the answers are.
  4. Each LOCK lists an ANSWER FORMAT. Make sure you follow it! Spelling, capitalization, punctuation and spacing matter!
  5. You may need to use the “zoom in” feature to find answers.
  6. Close tabs that you already used for locks. (The Escape Room and Locks Form should always remain open.)
If you’d like to check out the escape room yourself, click here.
