Salpointe Weekly Peek – November 1, 2024

Weekly Prayer

God of good will, We ask that You inspire each of us to follow Your will  more closely, And for each of us to find the joy of our vocation. We pray especially for those who are discerning a vocation to the priesthood or religious life. May all of us have the strength to listen for Your quiet voice moving in our lives, And may we cultivate hearts of service directed towards You. We make this prayer in Your Holy Name, Amen. Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, pray for us.

Seniors

College Updates for Seniors
Congratulations to all seniors who have submitted their early applications for the November 1 deadline! A quick reminder: whether you apply directly through the college’s website or via the Common App, be sure to list each college in Scoir under the “Applying” or “Applied” column. This step is crucial—without it, we won’t know to send important school documents, such as your transcript or, for some schools, letters of recommendation. Specify your application method and deadline.
As students prepare for college, don’t forget to apply for scholarships, learn about Financial Aid and how to pay for college.
