Teacher of the Quarter Winners – First Semester
Every quarter, students have the opportunity to nominate their favorite teacher for the Teacher of the Quarter Award—a recognition of educators who inspire, support and make a lasting impact. Here are the well-deserving winners from the first semester, along with just a few of the thoughtful words their students shared:
Quarter 1: Katherine DiChristofano, English Teacher “Mrs. D is a teacher I can trust and turn to for anything. She creates a respectful and safe community in the classroom, always maintaining a positive attitude and offering encouragement. In her class, I never hesitate to ask questions—she reassures me when I have doubts and reminds everyone of their capabilities without embarrassment. Because of her, I feel confident and connected with my peers.”
Quarter 2: KaRee Copeland, Spanish Teacher “Walking into her class, I’m always greeted with excitement and enthusiasm. Her bright personality shines through in her teaching, making every day engaging and enjoyable. She genuinely cares about her students and is always willing to help. Her teaching style is not only effective but also fosters an environment where I feel supported and encouraged to grow.”
Congratulations to Mrs. DiChristofano and Mrs. Copeland on this well-earned recognition! Thank you for the dedication and passion you bring to your students each day.
