Salpointe Weekly Peek – August 2, 2024

Welcome Back, Lancers!

Deacon Scott Pickett:

Heavenly Father, Lord of all Wisdom ~
As we open our school year at Salpointe Catholic, we pray that your Holy Spirit may always be found in our midst.
We ask for Your peace and presence as our students, faculty and staff embark on a new journey together.
In these first weeks, as we take the first small steps on this journey of getting to know each other, remind us of Jesus’ call to wash each other’s feet.
As we grow closer together on this path, may we cast aside our pride and fears and open our hearts to You.
May we seek ways to uplift each other this year.
May Salpointe Catholic be a place of joy.
May Salpointe Catholic be a place of faith.
May Salpointe Catholic be a place of hope.
May Salpointe Catholic be a place of love.
May we look back on our journey together this year in times to come…
And say that this was a time when we found something wonderful and new in our journey of faith, in ourselves and in each other…
And recall a place that was more than a high school…but a family…truly a Lancer family!
This year, Our Lord, may we build Your Kingdom, here at Salpointe Catholic, together.
In your Son’s name we pray.  Amen.
Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, pray for us.
