Our second Parent Forum of the year is Tuesday, September 10 at 6 pm in Foundation Hall. John Leggio, an expert on teen substance use, will present this program:
Cannabis (Maryjane on Steroids)
Understanding the effects of today’s high
potency cannabis on the teen brain and behavior.
John, who is the Founder and Director of the Mark – a teen substance abuse recovery program- provides eye-opening evidence about the effects of today’s highly potent strains of marijuana on the developing teen brain. We encourage all of our parents to attend this informative presentation. As a reminder, all parents are required to attend one Parent Forum per year. We have one more scheduled for this semester on October 29 and one at a date to be determined during second semester.
