College-Prep Education

Salpointe’s holistic education advances our students’ academic, social, physical, emotional and spiritual development to prepare them for the rigors of college and beyond.

Preparing students for college success

As a college-preparatory high school, academic excellence is the trademark of a Salpointe education. Accredited by both the Western Catholic Educational Association and Cognia, our students are eligible for college admission around the world.

Academics at Salpointe

Salpointe offers courses to meet the needs of all students: college-prep, honors, AP and dual-enrollment. Our goal is to help students reach their highest potential and prepare for academic success in college.

AP and Dual Enrollment Courses

Salpointe offers many opportunities for students to earn college credit while in high school with 23 AP courses and 19 dual credit courses offered each year.

Humanities Program

The Humanities Program is a challenging two-year honors program offered to highly motivated students. Established in 1978, the program provides an integrated, interdisciplinary, multi-cultural approach needed by students to actively take part in their communities and a complex global universe.

STEM Program

Salpointe’s nationally accredited STEM Program encourages students to explore opportunities in STEM-related careers through exciting and award-winning hands-on projects. Our STEM curriculum, developed in conjunction with university departments, provides an integrated and interdisciplinary approach to preparing students for admission to elite university programs and for careers in STEM-related fields.

Graduation Requirements

Salpointe’s holistic education recognizes and advances our students’ academic, social, physical, emotional and spiritual development to prepare them for the rigors of the collegiate world and beyond. Students must earn 26 credits, including four credits of theology, in order to graduate.
